Ancient Highway

The Ancient Highway (高速路; Kousokuro) is a location in Suikoden III.

Overview[]

An ancient underground path that links the Lizard Clan's Great Hollow and opens up again in an area near the Duck Clan. The Lizard Clan knows of its existence and uses it to conduct raids on Zexen Confederacy forces as well as to confuse their enemies as to the location of their troops. The highway was built by the Sindar in ancient times, and links this place with a vast maze of ruins.

The Cyndar Ruins attached to the highway itself were used by Wyatt Lightfellow to hide half of his True Water Rune. The effect of this led the ruins to be covered in ice until the Rune was stolen by Luc and the Destroyers in 475.
