The Armor-smith (鎧鍛冶) is a workshop found in your HQ in Genso Suikoden: The Woven Web of a Century.
When you use materials to upgrade your armor, the upgrades will decrease with use. When the counter on the armor reaches zero, then it has gone back to its original levels.
Each armor will have a smithing level, which is the maximum that it can be upgraded.
