Barbara is a tenacious woman who serves as the Quartermaster for the Viktor' Mercenary Fortress and New State Army. When Neclord attacked North Window, she left and went to Ryube Village. She got married to a local man in Ryube village but she ran away.

On Viktor's Mercenary Fortress, she became the quartermaster. After some time a war fired up and she still continue her work as a quartermaster in the headquarters of the New State Army, the Dunan Castle. In the castle, she was poisoned by Ryuki, one of the chefs in the cook-off duel but Riou and Hai Yo managed to save her by defeating the cook and gained the antidote. After the war, she became keeper of the nation's national vault.
Even if the player wins or loses the cook-off, Barbara will not die.
Role in the Game[]
Barbara helps out from the beginning but rejoins for good after defeating Solon Jhee.
Barbara runs the storehouse in the HQ.
