Billy is a treasure hunter and the father of Melville. He travels around the world and ended up leaving his child alone. He used to have a big house in Zexen Confederacy, but he gambled it away. After he lost his house, his wife left him and Melville. Kathy is his daughter with another woman.

He joined the Fire Bringer after the new flame Champion defeats him on a game called Goppu and got reunited with his son. After the war Melville takes him back to Vinay del Zexay.

Place any S statue (Hex Doll S, Knight Statue S, Goddess Statue S, Dragon Statue S) in the statue room on the 2nd floor of Budehuc Castle. Leave, re-enter, and win a game of Goppu with Billy. (Note:Save first! If you lose, you have to find another S statue!)
Billy is a support character with the (D Ranked) Cook ability that turns enemies into food after a battle and the (D Ranked) Trade-in ability that allows you to sell items for potch in the field.
