The Blinking Orb is an item in the Suikoden series. When a runemaster attaches a Blinking Orb to a character, it becomes a Blinking Rune.

Fond in Rokkaku Hamlet by talking to a man. Can be purchased at the rare find of the Rune Shop in Sajah for 30,000 Potch.
Suikoden III[]
Can be won at the Goppu minigame.
