Campanula (カンパニュラ) will be the theme song for Genso Suikoden Star Leap. Kaho Nakamura created and sang the song.

- According to Famitsu, "having played past titles as well, Kaho Nakamura crafted the theme song based on inspiration from the story of Star Leap and the character Hisui. The name Campanula was chosen because the flower's meaning is "lost life," which was deemed a perfect fit for Genso Suikoden."
- Shinya Fujimatsu said of the song "We aimed to create a song that could express the world of Genso Suikoden while also conveying the story of Gensui SP. That’s why we asked Nakamura-san to handle the lyrics, composition, and vocals."
