A military officer and a former spy for the Scarlet Moon Empire. He was the former subordinate of Heinz, Coop quit the Scarlet Moon Empire's military after reporting on what he had discovered about Rune Cannons during his journey with Kyril and his companions.

Coop was sent along with Heinz to infiltrate Kooluk in 309 in order to investigate their Rune Cannon build up, and if possible, retrieve them for use by Scarlet Moon, a goal which Coop did not personally agree with.
An old friend of Andarc Bergman, Coop also knew Walter prior to his expulsion from the Empire and was saddened by news of his death following his and Heinz's alignment with Kyril and his group, who were similarly infiltrating Kooluk in the same year. Less politically ruthless than his superior, Coop refused to cooperate in Heinz's plan to kidnap Corselia for Scarlet Moon's gain, going so far as to state that he would physically stop Heinz if necessary, forcing Heinz to abandon his plan.
When Heinz decided to leave the group following Kyril's refusal to help Scarlet Moon gain the Evil Eye, Coop decided to stay with Kyril's group despite Heinz's insistence that he return also. This was because Coop agreed with Kyril's view that the Evil Eye should be destroyed, removing the last remnants of Rune Cannons from the world.
Following the defeat of Iskas and the destruction of the Evil Eye, Coop returned to Scarlet Moon in order to report what had happened. Following this, he resigned his commission, realising that the ruthless world of military politics was not well suited for him.

Coop joins your party at the beginning of Chapter 15.
Slow, but strong like any Great Sword user, and lots of HP, but totally has a glass jaw where PDef is concerned. A couple melee hits will send him off the field. But he's got really good MDef for some reason.
