Culgan (クルガン; Kurugan) is a boss in Suikoden II. He is fought alongside Seed.
Description[]
He and Seed are the boss characters in L'Renouille Palace before fighting the final boss, the Beast Rune. Culgan appears to be an average fighter when casting the Lightning and the Water Rune at the same time. He heals Seed with Kindness Rain from his Water Rune and hitting the player with a Thor Shot from his Lightning Rune. Also, Culgan has a unique ability when he casts his Lightning Rune and like Luca Blight who summoned the Flaming Arrows that surround him to attack either rows or columns, Seed raises his sword in a flash of lightning to make a thunder sword strike to one of the player's allies for an extensive damage.
Like Seed, Culgan can attack the player twice.
