A Cyclone crystal is a type of item in Suikoden. When a runemaster attaches a Cyclone crystal to a character, it becomes a Cyclone Rune, which allows the use of advanced wind magic. It can be obtained from a treasure chest in Seek Valley (after defeating the Crystal Core) or as a drop rare item of the monster 'Black Elemental' in Dragon's Den. Crowley wears a Cyclone Rune, by default, that can be removed.
