Sturdy boots made so that you can walk in various locations. There are no craftsmen who can make them. There are existing records that the Phantom that appeared in Gregminster Palace during the Gate Rune War dropped them. They were made for men and did not fit women's feet. It is said that, for some reason, Milich Oppenheimer, one of the five great generals, was not able to wear them.
