Elliot is the cheerful and timid little boy from Vinay del Zexay. His family runs a bakery. Melville sometimes eats on the bakery, when Melville's father doesn't come home. He and Melville made a secret base. When he told Alanis about it, Melville was so angry he started a fight. He got a good sense for smell, he use it to find treasures. Elliot together with Alanis and Melville founded the Saint Loa Knights and he became the acting "Swordsman of Gale" of the group.

The trio got seperated when Alanis and her family left Vinay del Zexay. They got reunited after the new Flame Champion recruit them. After the war has ended, his ambition is to become a treasure hunter, like Melville's father, is opposed by his own father.

Must have completed Hugo Chapter 1. After recruiting Billy, speak with him until he mentions his son in Vinay del Zexay, then speak with Melville and Elliot in the alley of Vinay del Zexay.
Elliot is a support character with the (C Ranked) Potch Finder Ability that increases the about of Potch obtained after a battle and the (D Ranked) Treasure Hunt Ability that sometimes allows you to find treasure after a battle.
