The Family Attack is a recurring unite attack in the Suikoden series. It usually involves a duo of families from the 108 Stars of Destiny coming together to causing significant damage towards the enemy.
The Japanese name varies by game.
Suikoden[]
The Lepant Family Attack (レパント一家攻撃; Repanto Ikka Kougeki) deals 2x damage to one enemy. In it Lepant, Eileen and Sheena all leap forward in a row, then Lepant attacks the enemy with his sword, then Sheena attacks the enemy with his sword and finally Eileen throws her throwing dart at the enemy.

Suikoden II[]
The Family Attack (兄弟攻撃;Kyoudai Kougeki) deals 2x damage to one opponent, but Nanami becomes Unbalanced when it ends. During the attack, Riou and Nanami attack a target in perfect synch.
There is a small chance that Nanami may mess up (Leisure Attack instead of Family Attack) and start slacking off by cheering, eating, drinking, reading manga and singing as Riou keeps on attacking. When this happens, Nanami will not be unbalanced and she will recover some HP after the attack, however the damage to the opponent will lessen as well.
If Nanami is equipped with the Leisure Set, the rate of Nanami performing the Leisure Attack will be raised.

The Family Attack (親子攻撃; Oyako Kougeki) deals 1.0x total damage to one enemy. In it Lino En Kuldes runs up and strikes the enemy three times with his spear, then Flare readies a shot and fires with her bow and Lino side steps at the last moment allowing it to strike the enemy.
This is one of 3 combo's in Suikoden IV that can mess up. The other two being Berserker Attack and True Ninja Attack. In this one after Lino strikes the opponent and Flare readies her bow Lino forgets to side step and gets an arrow to the butt.
