When Muse was taken by Highland, he escaped to Two River and was hired by Makai. Later he went to North Window and asked for help, Riou the leader of the New State Army responded and they went to Two River. After some event, Fitcher joined in the New State Army. After the war, he returned to Muse city and was later elected as mayor.
Role in the Game[]
Fitcher is recruited automatically after the events in Two River.
Fitcher plays an important role in the story. Other than that, he serves no function.
