The calendar was available via Konami Style and was released on December 18, 2009. It was also included along with Genso Suikoden Arrange Collection Vol.1 ～Vocal & Piano～ in a special set.
The product was a desktop calendar in a case featuring illustrations of 108 characters from the Suikoden series. The calendar used transparent calendar sheets layered over character illustrations. This enabled fans to freely mix and match their favorite characters with the calendar sheets to create their own combinations.
