Gordon is a Trader and he owns the Gordon Trading Company. He has a son named Coates who takes over his trading shop upon joining the Dunan army.

Gordon met Riou in his Trading Shop at Gregminster and he agree to join the New State Army, if Riou earned 50,000 Potch in trading. Later, Riou earn 50,000 Potch he joined and he went to North Window castle and opened a Trading Shop. After the war, Still living in the nation of Dunan Republic and trying to expand Gordon industry.
Role in the Game[edit | edit source]
Once you meet Gordon in Gregminster, he'll require that you make 50,000 potch through trading to prove to him that you understand the business. The easiest way to make the 50,000 potch is to win either Blue Dragon Urns or Celadon Urns from the Rope Climbing game. Sell the Blue Dragon Urns at South Window and the Celadon Urns at Gregminster.
Gordon will open a trading post in your castle.

- According to Richmond's Investigation, he is from Rockland, but in Fu Tan Chen's introduction for the Cook-off Minigame, it is stated that he is from Gregminster. Possibly his hometown is Rockland but he moved to Gregminster to open a Trade Shop. In Suikoden there are no trade shops, so we cannot know for sure.
