Background

Gunter is a gambler and the proprietor of Down to One and Chinchirorin game. He traveled various towns to make a profit.

Game

During the Island Liberation War, upon meeting Razro in the Kingdom of Obel, he decided to join the Island Liberation Navy. While he was on board of the Dauntless, He met different people and earned a lot of profit. He likes to smell nice causing him to took care of his personal grooming. After the war, tired with the precarious life of gambling, he now manages a small restaurant in Middleport.

Role in the Game

Suikoden IV

Speak with Gunter in Middleport near the beginning of the game and later just after Na-Nal's liberation. After liberating Obel, speak with Gunter near the rune shop in Obel.

Gunter is a suppport character with the Discovered Money ability that grants you extra potch after a fight.

Gunter sets up a game of Chinchirorin and Down to One and plays for cash.

The sea breeze smell gets on you right away when your on the top deck. I like to smell nice, so I take baths every chance I get.
