A barbarian from obscure realms. He wears a bear skin on his head and excels at war cries, he and Fubar were letting out war cries, and causing a lot of damage to the enemy. Hallec's village was once involved in a tribal dispute that was resolved by the Flame Champion and Hallec was grateful for the help.
Role in the GameEdit
Joins automatically in Hugo Chapter 3.
Hallec is a heavy hitter who starts with both the Damage and Heavy Damage skills. He also gains high marks in the Swing skill which gives him the potential to completely wipe out strong enemies by himself. It's recommended to teach him Accuracy as it will raise not only his chance of landing a hit, but also lowers the enemies' ability to evade his high damage potential. He also obtains decent marks in Armor Protect and Holy Dash.
Sadly, Hallec has only 3 free skill slots, giving him limited skill customization.

- L. Hand - N/A
Hallec comes with the Wrath Rune permanently attached, and he only has that one rune slot regardless of his level throughout the game. Because of this, rune customization is unavailable for him, rendering his B+ Sword of Magic skill useless. However, using Hallec's Wrath Rune invokes Berserk status, a boon for his heavy melee skill, and heals half of the amount of HP he has lost.
He must be nervous, but there's no excuse for his bad acting.
