The head of the ninja clan at Rokkaku, Hanzo had his ninjas involved in several wars, including the Succession War, the Toran Liberation War, and the Dunan Unification War.

Suikoden IEdit
Hanzo once led his ninjas in support of Barbarossa Rugner during the Succession War, but following the decline of the Imperial government into corruption, he made the choice to distance the clan from Imperial affairs. Eventually, Hanzo led his ninjas against the Imperial forces during the Toran Liberation War, which led to the sacking of Rokkaku by the forces of Teo McDohl. Following this disaster, Hanzo led Rokkaku into a full alliance with the Liberation Army, aiding their war efforts.
Suikoden IIEdit
Following the war, he appointed Kasumi, a prominent Rokkaku ninja in the Liberation Army, to the position of Vice-Chief as well as granting her the position of representative to the Toran Republic. In 460, due to the involvement of Kasumi in the Dunan Unification War at the request of President Lepant, Hanzo dispatched a unit of his most powerful ninjas, Mondo, Sasuke to aid the New State Army.
