High Priest is the title given to the ruler-priest of the Holy Kingdom of Harmonia. This grants the bearer of the title the position of head of state in Harmonia as well as being the leader of the Harmonian state religion.
It is possible that the leader of the Nagarea Theocracy also holds a position of High Priest.
