The Holy Imperial Army Swordsman can be found in several locations throughout the game. It also appears in Hunting.
They are part of the attacking force of the Holy Aionian Army. They have studied the basics of the time-honored fencing style of the Holy Aionian Army, so people with only partial skills don’t stand a chance against them.
