Igor is the owner of the hot spring in Mordo Island. He is also a gambler and the proprietor of the game called Coin Tossing and Heads or Tails.

During the Island Liberation War, Igor joined Razro and his army on their fight against Kooluk Empire and Cray Trading Company. While he was on board of the Dauntless, he gambled to earn more money. He made the mistake of comparing his day's earnings with Gunter's. After knowing Gunter's earning he felt pity on himself. After the war, he still makes a living by obtaining a small change from travelers with stingy games.
Role in the Game[]
After recruiting Lo Fong, Lo Hak, and Lo Seng, speak to Igor next to the hot springs on Mordo Island.
Igor sets up and manages a Coin Tossing minigame in the HQ, where one must guess heads or tails or correctly guess which side landed face up three times.
Igor is a support character with the Found Treasure ability. The probability of obtaining items after battle is increased by 4%.
