Keen is the Teni Star in Suikoden IV.

Keen is an assassin and was hired by Schtolteheim Reinbach II to kill all the people who have a knowledge about the secret of the Middleport's fleet.

During the Island Liberation War, he faced Sigurd, a former employee of Reinbach II in Middleport. After some time, Keen was hired by Razro for 10,000 Potch and said to Razro that he would not kill anyone while he was under contract, he only wish to keep an eye to Sigurd's whereabouts.

While he was on board on the Dauntless, he open a Confessional room and he asked Razro to come to the confession room to judge together with him. After the war, he has grown tired of judging people and retires in Middleport.

After your audience with Schtolteheim Reinbach II, speak to Keen at the Middleport port with Sigurd in your party. Remove Sigurd from your group and speak to Keen again. He will join you for 10,000 potch. Declining once will drop the price by one potch.

Keen opens and runs a Confessional in the HQ.
