Kleion (クレイオン; Kureion) is the Chiraku Star in Genso Suikoden: The Woven Web of a Century.

A minstrel with a mysterious background. He suddenly appeared in the battlefield of the Telluspharma Interception War of 200 years ago. After he played a beautiful tune that empowered the Holy Imperial Army, he disappeared just as sudden as he appeared, and it happened over and over.

The Hero first came across Kleion when he went to speak with L'aquila. Kleion was playing a song to help calm her. When he noticed the Hero he explained that he had been passing by, saw her face, and thought that maybe she would feel a little better from his song. When L'aquila refused to tell the Hero more information about why she was so depressed, he turned to Kleion. Kleion told him he should speak to some people in Perie Forest and agreed to plant a sapling there for him. The Hero at that point felt that Kleion reminded him of someone, not in looks, but in the way he spoke and his aura.
After helping L'aquila, the hero brought his musicians to meet Kleion. Jansen said that he seemed like a musician, and asked him if he knew a song where the subject was the ocean. As there were still boats in this time Jansen felt that there were a lot of songs about the sea. Kleion replied that he was sorry but he didn't know. He said he didn't often go to the sea. Kleion furthered that he was a human living 200 years before them. He thought there were probably a lot of songs they knew that he didn't, but there were probably none he knew and they didn't.
When Meamei asked him to teach her a song, and he told her he thought it was impossible. She asked why and he replied that he was someone living 200 years before them. He said that it was obvious that they knew more songs than him and there was nothing he could teach them.
It was then that Zephon came to say hello. Kleion said that he was surprised that even someone like Zephon had joined the Hero's group. The Hero asked if he knew Zephon, to which Kleion replied certainly not. He explained that he meant this sort of boy who didn't seem to have an ounce of cooperativeness and who you couldn't understand what he was thinking. Zephon replied by thanking him and saying he was happy to be praised. The Hero was confused, but Kleion said that looking at this boy made a new song come to mind. The Hero was surprised, and Kleion furthered that he might be able to pass this song to one of the musicians in the Hero's group. Zephon interrupted saying that really he was just being stingy and unwilling. Kleion replied that he wouldn't do such a mean thing as he wasn't Zephon. Zephon retorted by saying Kleion was again being humble and modest. The Hero then asked if this was their first time meeting, with Kleion replying of course, and Zephon adding naturally.
The bards in the Hero's group once again came to meet Kleion. Jansen said he heard that Kleion had made a new song and asked if it was about the sea. Kelion said it wasn't, and that he was sorry about it. Jansen was again saddened, but even if it was unrelated to the sea, if it was a new song he wanted to hear it. Kleion replied he would be pleased to do so, and played his new song. Jansen was able to learn the song thanks to the power of the stars, and Kleion asked him if he would play it in the future. Jansen said of course he would as such as song must be played. Meamei would ask him if it was true that he had made a new song, adding she wanted to hear it. Kleion would welcome her and say that it was true. He played the song for her, and she thanked him.
After hearing the song, the Hero asked if this new song was the same one that Kleion had played for L'aquila when they first met. Kleion said that wasn't true and reiterated that it was a new song. When the Hero expressed his doubts, Kleion cut him off saying it was a new song. Later he would again tell the Hero not to worry as he didn't reuse songs. The song he taught them was a genuine new song.

After Lete teaches Zephon her skill, bring Meamei or Jansen PLUS Zephon and talk to Kleion at Apiro Hill (200 years ago). You will need to speak with him a few times before you will learn the song.
