The Kobold Village (コボルト村; Koboruto Mura) is a location in Suikoden II.
Overview[]
Home to some Kobolds of Dunan who did not care much for living with humans and Wingers in Two River City, the Kobold Village keeps a long (and mostly forgotten) tradition. Indeed, the forest at the back of the village is said to be inhabited by Unicorns and it was not rare that young men from the Warriors' Village in the Toran region would come all the way to attempt the famous Test of the Unicorn. However, those visits became fewer and fewer over time and the tradition slowly but surely slipped into the myths and legends category.
Still, the Kobold Village retains a warrior tradition and was prompt to send reinforcements to defend Two River when it was attacked during the Dunan Unification War.
