Koyu is the Chisoku Star in Suikoden II.
He also appears in Genso Suikogaiden Vol. 2.

Suikoden II[]
During the Dunan Unification War, when Tinto was attacked he asked for help from the New State Army. Riou the leader of the New State Army responded to the request and went ahead to help Tinto. If Riou chooses to escape with Nanami, he, along with Marlowe, helps to protect Riou from zombies when escaping from Crom Village. He later tries to rescue Lilly Pendragon and Lo Wen from Neclord with Marlowe. Although they failed, they earned much respect from both and bought time for Kahn Marley to set up his barrier. After successfully helping Tinto, Koyu along with his sister and brother joined the New State Army. After the war, he occasionally visited Marlowe and marvels at his great "scholarship".
