One of the Five Great Generals of the Scarlet Moon Empire, he was a serious and fiercely loyal warrior. During the Succession War., he led the Imperial Guard and repeatedly protected future-Emperor Barbarossa Rugner’s life, earning the title "Iron Wall Kwanda." His armor was a treasured heirloom of the Rosman family. During the war, when Barbarossa was caught off guard by a volley of arrows, Kwanda used his own body as a shield to protect him.
His weapon is a type of halberd with an axe blade at the tip and a spike on the opposite side.

During the Toran Liberation War,, he ruled from Pannu Yakuta Castle and oppressed the elves and Kobolds living in the Great Forest. Using the Dwarves’ secret treasure, the Burning Mirror, he ruthlessly burned the Elven Village Lukiae Ende Towayo to the ground. To stop his rampage, the Liberation Army, led by Tir, launched a large-scale battle at Pannu Yakuta Castle. In a fierce fight, Kwanda was ultimately defeated. On the castle rooftop, he challenged the protagonist to a one-on-one duel but was overcome by the hero’s strong will, breaking through his iron wall defense. It was then revealed that he had been under the control of the Black Rune, forcibly branded upon him by the court magician Windy. Deeply regretting his past actions, Kwanda decided to join the Liberation Army. After the Gate Rune War, he was appointed as the Supreme Commander of the Toran Republic Army, where he lived up to his title of "Iron Wall" by fiercely protecting the republic as the Commander in Chief of the Toran Republic Army.
Kwanda is easily the best tank in game if he's up to level because of his DEF growth and all kinds of heavy armors and shields that are available for him.
