The Lion Rune is a type of rune in the Suikoden series.
Suikoden II[]
A rune for claw users, damage times 1.5× to one enemy but the magic is decreased by 50 points.
Suikoden III[]
A rune for fist fighters, uses a ranged attack that fires a beam from the users hands for 1.5× damage. Magic and resistance are decreased by 20 points.
Suikoden V[]
For hand-to-hand fighters, deals 1.5× damage to one foe, then lowers user's magic and magic defense.
Suikoden Tactics[]
- Piercing Claw: Deals 1× the normal damage and shoves an enemy unit back.
- Shredding Claw: Deals 1.5× the normal damage against foes standing three panels in front of the user. Unbalances user.
- Beast King Claw: Deals 2× the normal damage against one foe. User loses 20% of current HP.
