Logan was a former miner in Grayridge and he currently runs an inn in Grayridge Town. He have a daughter named Erin and her wife died before Macoute became the Order's Chapter Secretary of Grayridge. Logan is a member of The Company.

Logan is proven to be rational and thoughtful, always thinking things through clearly. However, he is very protective of his daughter Erin, as she is Logan's only family after his wife died. During Sieg and company's first visit to Grayridge Town, he is seen assertively asking Macoute to return Erin to his inn, and is shocked to see that Erin (supposedly) has become a loyal member of the Order. Throughout the game, Logan is concerned about Erin's well-being, and warns her to be careful when going into dangerous situations.

Logan was once a miner, and worked in the Grayridge Mine. Soon, the mine was closed, and he managed the Grayridge Inn along with his wife and daughter, Erin.
Logan's wife soon died sometime before the game's events. She left him and Erin mementos and valuables before her death.
At this time, it is assumed Logan became protective of Erin, as he did not want to lose another family member. When Macoute became the Order's Chapter Secretary of Grayridge, and imposed high taxes on its people.
Because Logan could not pay for their expenses, his wife's valuables and mementos were taken by Macoute. Erin was also taken by Macoute to work for the Order, as he stated the girls were "destined to work for the Order". At this time, Logan was suffering the loss of his daughter, and grew suspicious of the Order itself.
One night, Erin returned to the inn, claiming that she only went to the Chapter to infiltrate and expose Macoute as a fraud. She reasoned that funds he embezzled are being stored in the mines, and Logan immediately offered to take them to the mines. He thinked it was too dangerous for Erin to go, but when the two are revealed to be Starbearers, Logan relented as Erin could now defend herself.
Logan was impressed when Erin thinked up the scheme to allow Grayridge self-governance. When Erin resolved that she will go to Cynas to see the headquarters of the Order with her own eyes, Logan wanted to go and protect her, but Erin resolved that he needed to stay at Grayridge to help Gilliam run the city.
When Sieg returned to Grayridge, Logan helped him use the Gateway in the mines to reach Flesaria Forest before the Order does, and when Sieg established his company, Logan served Sieg as a high-ranking commander, aiding in the defense of the castle when Fergus and Conon attacked it, and successfully defended the northern lines against Fergus when the archivist is implanted with the Chronicle of Noble Steel.
Logan planned on bequeathing the inn in Grayridge to Erin, but she preferred to run the inn in the Fortress Ruins. He returns to run the Grayridge inn after the war, visiting Erin often.
