Lun is the Chikaku Star in Suikoden V.
Profile[]
Background[]
Lun is the only child of Logg and Kisara. She is lively and very active. Lun and Subala were best friends, but became rivals after Lun stole Subala's first love. She helps her father with many things and she often hangs around him.
Appearance[]
Lun got her good looks from her mother, Kisara. She speaks with an accent like her father, Logg. Lun wears a short, blue dress with a yellow flower pattern with a red belt made out of cloth. She also wears a hat that matches the outfit. She also wears skintight, black shorts, black cloth gloves and black, open socks.
Personality[]
Story[]
Game[]
Before the start of the Sun Rune War, Lun and her father went to Lunas to steal some gold but was captured by Freyjadour. Freyjadour brought them to Raftfleet and she accepts her punishment without complain. She felt indebted to Freyjadour because she was not executed for stealing the gold. She repays her debt by assisting Freyjadour to Lordlake and helped him rescued Lucretia in Agate Prison.
After the Loyalist Army helped to protect Raftfleet, she joined in the Loyalist Army along with her parents and Raftfleets people. After the war, she joined the Dragon Cavalry to oblige Rahal's reforms. After rigorous training, she became the world's first female rider.
Role in the Game[]
Lun is an average mid-range fighter and a good spellcaster early on in the game. By the time she gets available, she is a welcome addition to the party and even her Unite Attack with Logg is useful at times. Equip her with a Water Rune and she provides a solid mix of good damage, both physical and magical, and is able to heal up the party as well.
Unfortunately for her, she gets worse the longer you play. She can't keep up damage-wise with characters like Zegai or Nakula, she can't deal nearly as much magic damage as any full-fledged spellcaster and even in the role of a somewhat mixed support attacker she can't keep up with Kyle, etc. Even worse, her stats are, in comparison, average at best, she doesn't get the maximum amount of attack from weapon growth and her equipment choices are rather limited. Also, while her Pierce ability can be useful, it normally isn't as good as a stat boost from another skill.
Overall, she is pretty good in the early stages of the game; just switch her for someone better over the course of the story.

Lun can be used as a second-in-command and adds two Recover ability uses to her military unit. She is also part in the Parent/Child unit together with Kisara and Logg.
- Lun is Logg and Kisara's daughter. She used to help her father in his jack-of-all-trades work. She always has so much energy, and not enough to do with it.
- She really respects her mother, and hopes to be like her one day. The way she's going though, she may well turn out like her father instead. But that's just part of her charm.
- She's growing more and more every day. Pretty soon, she's gonna catch up with her mother, if you know what I mean... Hey, nothing but the straight facts, right?
- Stupid Subala
Get a load of that letter she wrote! 'My Prints'? 'Strong liek yoo'? Did she even get her name right? Some people should just never ever pick up a pen.
- Loser Subala!
Fishing is that girl's only skill and she lost to me! Ha!
- Idiot Pop!
