Mose is a blacksmith and one of the original members of the Liberation Army. He spent several years training under the legendary blacksmith, Mace. Among Mace's student he is the second best.

Suikoden I[]
As the second best student, he became the head person in charge of the Liberation Army's Secret Factory. It was there that he helped manufacture the Fire Spears using the blueprints of the Dwarves, a clear sign of his skills given how few were allowed to work with the Dwarves. Eventually, the Secret Factory was aligned with the new Liberation Army following its defeat to Teo McDohl's Armoured Cavalry. Mose and his subordinate, Ronnie Bell, both travelled to Toran Castle bringing with them the Fire Spears, which were necessary to defeat the Armoured Cavalry.
At the castle, he was reunited with his fellow blacksmiths, Maas and Meese, and together they convinced Moose to join the war effort. Thanks to Tir McDohl, the four blacksmiths were reunited with their old master, Mace, in Seek Valley, where they were able to convince him to come out of retirement and join the war effort, as well.

The Toran soldier who gives you the Copper Hammer said that the Copper Hammer had been made by Mose.
SuikodenIII[]
After the war was over, he began working on rebuilding Gregminster and eventually married Ronnie Bell. Their daughter, Emily, would eventually take part in the Second Fire Bringer War several years later.
Role in the Game[]
Joins automatically at Kirov after obtaining the Fire Spears.
Mose offer his services as blacksmith and could improve any battle character's weapon up to level 12.
Like the other smiths, Mose is a solid M range physical fighter.
