After returning from Woodland Village, go to your HQ 2nd Floor, Blades of Night's Veil post. Yula and Chrodechild were talking about Mourgent. Accept the "Request from Gadburg" mission. Yula will start a duel with Mourgent, defeat him and he will join.
Note: Before accepting the "Request from Gadburg" mission be sure that Yula is at least level 30-35. The mission will not appear if Yula is in the party.
