Mount Seifu (清風山; Seifuu Zan) is a location in Suikoden.
Overview[]
At 470 metres high, Mount Seifu is one of the tallest mountains in both the region of Arlus and the entirety of the Toran Republic. The mountain is named Mount Seifu ("Clear Breeze Mountain") due to the cold winds that blow down from it. The temperature within the mountain is low, and despite the otherwise warm climate of the region, it is famous for supporting subarctic plant species. Additionally, due to its rugged terrain with complex valleys, it is said that the mountain once served as a hideout for bandits. These Mt. Seifu Bandits typically concealed themselves in the mountain and ambushed transport caravans carrying taxes to the Scarlet Moon Empire, using the loot to sustain their livelihood.
