After the HQ expands, head out from the HQ and then enter the HQ from Flesaria Forest South with Asad in the party. Asad will say he has to go to save Nakil. After a season pass, enter the HQ from Flesaria Forest South and Asad will come back with Nakil, and join the company.
Note: You must recruit Nakil before the Janam Desert appears.

- Nakil bears a striking resemblance to Lulu from Suikoden III; they both have a darker skin, more revealing clothes and a different color hair in the middle. Whether this was on purpose or not, is unknown.
