Nei is a travelling busker, and a bouzouki player with Toppo and Shabon. She isn't prejudiced against humans, because she was raised by a human. There is a rumor that Nei and Roland Lesaurus are in love.

Suikoden III

Speak to her on the screen to the right of the Guild Hall in Vinay del Zexay. Defeat Guillaume in a duel in front of the Guild Hall. Ask her to join.
Note: It is recommended that you recruit her in Thomas Chapter 2, as she is one of the military characters that can help Thomas defend the castle.

Nei is a musician at the HQ and plays various bgm of the game along with Toppo and Shabon.

Hugo, you might be puzzled because Toppo is reticent, but he's not a bad child.

Shabon's quite shy. Hugo, if you'd pay attention to her, she'd be very happy.
