If you want to get filthy rich, the lottery is your ticket. Here's all you need to know.
Q1: How can I buy tickets? A1: Go to a lottery sales outlet! One ticket costs 100 potch. You can buy up to 10 tickets for a drawing, but only during the sales period. When the sales period stops, the drawing & payout period starts. That's when you should check your numbers and collect any winnings.
Q2: How much can I win? A2: The typical range is 500,000 for 1st prize to 3,000 for 4th prize. Complimentary and grand prizes also exist. Complimentary prizes differ by seller.
The tricky part is cashing in your winners. That can onnly be done where you bought them. Remember that! And for that matter, remember winning tickets can only be confirmed within 3 lottery draws after the one it was purchased for. Any later than that, and your ticket is void! But once you've identified a ticket as a winner, you're free to carry it around until it burns a hole in your armor.
The rest if up to you. Do you know the saying, 'Players win, watchers lose'? Well, it's true!

In Suikoden V, Old Book 10 talks about Unite Magic attacks, and how they are performed.

In the process of researching Rune magic, I discovered a powerful, advanced class of magic achieved through the simultaneous use of multiple Runes.
Here is an outline of what I discovered.
First of all, this phenomenon only occurs when the advanced forms of the five basic elemental Runes are used. These advanced-form Runes are the Rage, Thunder, Flowing, Cyclone and Mother Earth Runes.
Two magic users must each possess one of these five Runes, and they have to cast the same-level magic at the same time. Their magic interacts and produces a powerful effect.
However, not just any two of these Runes will work. The combinations are actually quite limited.
Rage + Thunder: Flame Array Thunder + Flowing: Thunder God Flowing + Cyclone: Water Dragon Cyclone + Mother Earth: Fierce Wind Fang Mother Earth + Rage: Scorched Earth
Alas, I couldn't find any other combinations besides these five that produced Unite Magic...
It should be obvious, but I would still like to add that the higher the level of magic the two magic users cast, the more powerful the Unite Magic will be.
And this is just speculation, but I wonder if this same phenomenon is produced by combining the Dawn Rune and Twilight Rune...
If I somehow ever managed to get a hold of those two Runes, I'd love to test that theory!
