Piccolo is the fortune teller of Budehuc Castle. He settled down at this castle after his wandering. He said he's the third pupil of the great mage Crowley. If asked, he tells the fortune of Hugo, Thomas and his friends, although its predictions are not always accurate.

Piccolo opens a fortune telling shop in your castle that will tell you various (not always accurate) fortunes.
Piccolo is a pure mage type character, he ranks rather high with both Lightning Magic and is one of the few characters who has good affinity with the Pale Gate Rune as well. Piccolo gets really low HP growth and has terrible defense, so always keep him in the back row and partner him with a strong defensive line. His Mallet Rune is quickly made obsolete due to his poor physical strength and his low powered weapon.

He said he's the third pupil of the great mage Crowley. I wonder if it's true.
The skeleton hanging from his neck once belonged to a dead body...a body which Piccolo had cast a spell. It can be manipulated as a mini skeleton.
- Though Piccolo starts with a Lightning Rune equipped and the Lightning Magic Skill, and despite being able to upgrade his Lightning Magic into the A classes, Tutor's will tell you that he has poor affinity with the element. This is actually true because it will cost twice as much Skill points to raise his rank in the Lightning Magic Skill.
