Port City Navarre (港町ナヴァレ; Minatomachi Navare) is a location in Genso Suikoden: The Woven Web of a Century.
Overview[]
Needing a boat to continue unraveling the mysteries of the Telluspharma and the Holy Aionian Empire, the Hero traveled back 200 years to ask Sau Jin if he knew where they could find a boat. Sau Jin said there should be one at Navarre, and offered to plant a sapling there and introduce the Hero to someone. Needing a sapling there 100 years in the past, Regius suggested asking Nelvaan. He took some convincing, as he complained that the Hero had already taken his knowledge without repaying him, but once Regius mentioned he would be able to see a boat, he was excited and agreed to help.
In Port City Navarre, the Hero began asking the townspeople about a strange tree. One shopkeeper welcomed them to town. After telling them the town's name, she commented that she didn't know what a Port City was, and asked the Hero if he knew. None of the townspeople knew of the tree, but they suggested asking a man named Jansen as he often walked around the area.
The Hero found Jansen at the town's fishing spot. He was signing about the sea when he noticed the Hero. The Hero's blue clothes reminded him of the sea, which made him quite happy. When the Hero asked about the tree, Jansen mentioned he saw one that sounded similar at Navarre East Coast.
