  • Tony has it when he joins.
  • Dropped by PapaHolly in Forest Path.
  • Obtained from a woman inside a house in Banner Village.

Suikoden V

• Use: It need to be handed over to Goesch.
• Found: Bought at the Dwarf Camp item shop for 1,000 potch.
