Quinelia the leader of the 2nd Branch of the Holy Aionian Imperial Army. She is a brave general with a superior sense of determination and initiative. She is a direct descendant of the noble House of Lewis and she is the mother of Lascaris. She is a famous archer of whom it is said that no one can rival her with a bow. She is loved and respected enough to be called "The Goddess of War" by her subordinate officers and men.
