Radneen (ラドニーン; Radoniin) is the Chiyu Star in Genso Suikoden: The Woven Web of a Century.

Radneen is a martial artist, and is part of the Scaled Horde Tribe. The members of this tribe’s entire bodies are covered with hard scales. He is very successful among this era’s tribe, and has sworn loyalty to Empress Astrid who appointed him.

The Hero and his group met Radneed, along with Astrid and Maximos Zafir, when they went back in time using the Tree of Ages that appeared in the Giant Monster's Remains. They originally believed it was planted by Warg, but he informed them that when he arrived in the area a tree was already there.
After meeting Astrid, and learning about the barrier, Astrid instructed those at Zephteros Fortress to assist the Hero by teaching their skills to him and his friends. Radneen, however, was reluctant to do so. When the Hero brought Jagwan to speak with him, the pair began to argue, which led to them dueling. After he was defeated by Jagwan, Radneen believed the story and agreed to pass on his skill. Later, when the Hero would visit again, Radneed would comment that the Hero must be really strong to have someone as strong as Jagwan in his group.

After recruiting Jagwan, find Radneen at Zephteros Fortress (200 years ago) and Jagwan will need to defeat him in a one-on-one battle.
