Suikoden II[]
In Suikoden II, it is the recipe for Quiche. Give the recipe to Hai Yo to use it in the Cook-off Minigame or to create dishes.

- Description: A dish of rice topped with gratin and baked. The taste and nourishment vary greatly depending on the ingredients, and among them, lasagna, which was made by adding red pepper, had a reputation for being delicious. This recipe is said to have been available as a rare find in the Kuskus Item Shop.
- Note: The Japanese name for this recipe is ドリア. Doria is a dish that is like a gratin, but uses rice as the base, and is topped with a cheese sauce (béchamel sauce) before being baked.

- In Suikoden III this is the recipe for Grilled Fish, which is Recipe #21 in Suikoden II.
- Some information about the name of the original dish in Suikoden II has been incorrectly translated by fans. It is said that the dish was created by a Swiss chef working at the New Grand Hotel in Yokohama in the 1930s. Furthermore, you can find recipes online for quiche-style dorias, but almost none of them feature a pastry crust.
