Notes[]
- In Suikoden III the Japanese name for this dish is にくじゃが which directly translates to meat and potatoes. Nikujaga is usually made with a meat (beef or pork depending on the region), along with potatoes, carrots, and onions, that are cooked together in soy sauce, water, and something sweet such as cooking sake, sugar, or mirin. Other vegetables or items are sometimes added. It is a typical home-made dish in Japan.
- In Suikoden III it has the same Japanese name as the Meat & Potato dish from Suikoden II.
