Renefelius XIII (レネフェリアス13世; Reneferiasu Juusan-sei) is a character in Genso Suikoden: The Woven Web of a Century.

The 13th Emperor of the Holy Aionian Empire. He is compassionate, thinking of the people's happiness and future. He is worshiped almost like a god within the Holy Empire. When he learns that the main characters fought against the Centennial Monster, he summons them to the Imperial Palace, Shinra Palace. But what is his true objective in inviting the main characters?
Later in the game, Astrid reveals that her husband, Renefelius IV, doesn't age and had been the same Renefelius that founded the Holy Aionia Empire. By that means, the Renefelius XIII that Hero and his friends met when they were summoned to the capital was the same person. She further explains that in exchange for that immortality, he'd never stepped out of Shinra Palace.
When Hero and the party infiltrates into the Palace and travels back to 300 years ago, they meet Renefelius of that era. He seems to be an acquaintance of Zephon as he recognizes him immediately. He explains to Hero that before the barrier is erected, a war between the Holy Empire and the Stars of Destiny broke out. Knowing that the original Tree of Ages is connected to the power of the Stars of Destiny, the Holy Empire sought to draw power from it as well, but instead they called forth Telluspharma, the monsters that eat everything, friends and foes. Before the whole humanity went extinct, they use the power of the Tree to erect a barrier to protect a tiny part of the world, protecting those that lived in it from Telluspharma. At the same time, Renefelius also received its blessing of immortality, though in exchange he can't be apart too far from the Tree.
