Ryube Village (リューベの村; Ryuube no Mura) is a location in Suikoden II.
Overview[]
It is a small village located in eastern Muse. Ryube was one of the very few places for travelers from Highland to rest upon on their way into the western City-States on their way from North Sparrow Pass. It is not a very prosperous village, though it is wealthy enough to attract a traveling circus. Also, hunters often visit the Ryube Forest located on the north of the village to hunt wild boars. It is said that the famous master spearman Tsai lives in a small house in seclusion at the edge of the forest.
Although the town was assaulted and largely destroyed by Luca Blight early in the Dunan Unification War, the remaining survivors returned to rebuild the devastated village and restore it to its former state.
