The Shining Legacy had appeared within Flesaria Forest inside the Forest Ruins. When Sieg and his group were searching for the Laggarts lair, they entered the Forest Ruins. Sieg and his group found themselves in danger when a Skull Guts, a strong monster appeared in front of them. They couldn't defeat the monster and could not go back outside so they ran deeper inside the ruins and found the Chronicle of Shining Legacy.
Sieg, Jale, Marica and Liu are attracted to touch the book while Dirk was worried and sure that they might die in the ruins. After Sieg and his friends touched the book, they saw a vision and remembered that the Flesaria Forest just popped out of nowhere and gained a strange power. They used the powers they gained to defeat the Skull Guts.
After they defeated the Skull Guts, they left the ruins. Sieg told Dirk that the Flesaria Forest was not there at first. Dirk thought that the book the kids touched inculcated something weird in their heads.
