After getting Astrid's skill, talk to Suu Jin on the eastern screen of Zephteros Fortress. Go to the eastern screen of the Desert Fort Ruins. Check blue light on the hole near where Suu Jin was standing (100 years ago). If you can't find it, change the camera angle to help you. Now, go back to the eastern screen on Zephteros Fortress and check the same spot (there are some plants growing there). Finally, go back to the eastern screen of the Desert Fort Ruins. You will find her stone slab near the entrance to the area. **It is recommended that you do the recruitment quests for Sau Jin, Sou Jin, and Suu Jin together.
