The Shredding Scroll (切り裂きの札; Kirisaki no Fuda) is an item in the Suikoden series.
Suikoden II[]
It is a scroll that has one of the spells ("The Shredding") from the Wind Rune and Cyclone Rune sealed in it. When used, a powerful tornado attacks the enemies, which can cause damage to all foes.
- Converted: Have Raura convert a Wind Crystal or a Cyclone Crystal to receive two scrolls.

Suikoden V[]
A scroll with the magic of "The Shredding" sealed inside. When used, a blade of wind flies from it, cutting and tearing the targets surroundings. Possibly due to it being an intermediate level of wind magic, it is not carried in stores and can only be made from a Cyclone Orb.
