Background[]
During the Telluspharma Interception War he served as a weaponsmith in Tios Fortress. He's a descendant of the Jin Clan. As a member of the Kutan People, he has an exceptionally long lifespan. He's Siu Jin's descendant and Chamjin's father. He became fascinated with poison when he developed a technique to strengthen weapons using poisons.

Tsuomujin was a weaponsmith working at Tios Fortress during and after the Telluspharma Interception War 100 years in the past. When the Hero first met him, he was focused on his work. After speaking with his daughter Chamjin and having his weapons smithed to their maximum levels, Tsuomujin passed on his skill to one of the weaponsmiths in the Hero's group.
Later, after the events at the House of Wisdom, Tsuomujin told the Hero, in his own way of speaking, that he was going to Liolta Prairie to get some poison and he would introduce the Hero to an arrow maker there. When the Hero arrived, he met Tsuomujin and Mephitis, but was surprised when Mephitis could not talk. Tsuomujin spoke for her, and told the Hero that she couldn't speak because her throat was damaged by poison.
He asked the Hero to bring him some unprocessed poison from the hot springs in the area. If he did, Mephitis would teach one of his members how to make Poison Arrows. Tsuomujin told the Hero that there was a lot of poison in the hot springs and to be careful. When the Hero found the source of the poison he noticed that just breathing it seemed to be enough to suffer damage. The hot springs there seemed to be appearing from the nearby active volcano Mt. Pregate. He knew that he needed to rush so as not to collapse from the poison.
When he returned with the poison in hand, he asked why Mephitis made arrows from such a dangerous ingredient. Tsuomujin answered that she was forced to make poison arrows by The Beetle Grubs. These arrows were also effective against the Telluspharma so someone had to make them, and that, by chance, was as it happened, was her. But Tsuomujin told the Hero he didn't need to be worried. Mephitis, as a star of destiny, could pass her skill without needing to speak.

Talk to Tsuomujin at Tios Fortress (100 years ago), then talk to Chamjin who is standing nearby. Talk to Tsuomujin again, and chose whichever weaponsmith you want. Talk to Chamjin one more time. Equip at least one weapon that is smithed to its maximum levels by a weaponsmith at your HQ. Talk to him again and he will pass his skill to the weaponsmith you selected.
