Tuta is the Chijyu Star in Suikoden II and Suikoden III.

Tuta is a travelling skilled doctor. After he completed his studies with his master Huan in the Dunan Unification War, he went on a journey to villages lacking medical care.

Suikoden II[]
Tuta was part of Viktor's Mercenary Fort, practising medicine and gaining experience at the instruction of his tutor Dr Huan. He eventually joined Riou's New State Army and continued practising at Dunan Castle until the conclusion of the Dunan Unification War.
After the war, he continued his apprenticeship under Huan and upon finishing the apprenticeship, he set out to travel the world and visit villages and towns were medicine was lacking.
Suikoden III[]
During the Higheast Rebellion, he took care of wounded personnel. It was here that he met Mio, who's injured husband unfortunately succumbed to his wounds. Mio became his student soon after and together they set out travelling again following the end of the rebellion.
Their travels took them to the Grasslands, where he joined the Fire Bringer.
After the war, they travelled to Hallec's village to give the villagers medical care.
