Vinay del Zexay (ビネ・デル・ゼクセ) is a location in Suikoden III.
Overview[]
Capital of the Zexen Confederacy, Vinay del Zexay is a large port town, located on the western coast of the Zexen region. Vinay del Zexay was founded by the great trader, Gezel Hyatt, with profits made from the Deer Antler trade.
Politics and Culture[]
Since then, Vinay del Zexay has grown into one of the main trading points on the entire continent, specialising in trade with the Western Continent amongst others. The Zexen Council rules this city with an iron fist with considerable influence from the Merchant's Guild whose headquarters are located in the center of the city. Vinay del Zexay is always bustling with activity, with a lively market thriving every day at the town square. Vinay del Zexay is home to the nation's government as well as a number of important institutions such as the Zexen Association of Ancient History, the Zexen Archeology Association and the Zexen Teacher's Association. This is also where the Zexen Council is located.
The city also has a large entertainment district which is very popular with tourists as well as the many wealthy merchants who live in the area. Various artisans practice their trade in this area of the city and late-night balls are often held to entertain foreign guests.

Port Avenue
A district of Vinay del Zexay where the majority of Zexen's trade with the nations of the Western Continent takes place. As it is an important center of commerce, many shops and business are here as well as buskers, hotels, inns and the like.
Seigal Gate
The main entrance gate to Vinay del Zexay. An impressive archway, Seigal Gate is part of the wall which surrounds the city.
Guild Hall
Located on the large place and the headquarters of the Zexen Council. Features many shops.
